ONLINE PURCHASE RETURN POLICY*

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any item found to have a manufacturing defect for exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase. All returns must be unworn, unused, uninstalled, etc. and in their original condition with tags / labels attached. Returns without a receipt will not be accepted.

Merchandise received after 7 days will only be accepted at the discretion of The Bear Den.

*This excludes displays, discounted, clearance, and discontinued items - of which all sales are final.

Undeliverable / Return-to-Sender Policy

For items returned to The Bear Den by the carrier for any reason outside of the control of The Bear Den (e.g. items marked undeliverable, no mail receptacle, return to sender, rejected, etc.) - the buyer will be refunded for the item's purchase price less a 30% restocking-fee.
