Vendor Terms and Conditions

Applicant agrees to be a Vendor at The Bears Den Gallery, LLC (“Bear Den”)’s 2024 Lakeshore Art & Craft Show in an area which will be assigned to them.  Payment for the booth fee and photos of items to be sold are due to Bear Den at the time the space is reserved and Vendor agrees to pay rent specified for booth marked on the application to this agreement.  Applications are due May 31^st 2024.   Cancellations prior to June 4^th 2024 will receive a full refund.  Cancellations on or after June 4^th 2024 will result in 100% forfeiture of rental fees.

Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Bears Den Gallery, LLC and its staff and members against any claim or action of any cause and further agree to hold The Bears Den Gallery, LLC and its staff and members free from liability for any loss, theft, or damages.

Vendor will submit an application including a list of items to be sold and  photos of my work or booth to Bear Den for consideration. Bear Den reserves the right to restrict vendors and items to prevent the excessive repetition of items sold. Bear Den also reserves the right to reject any vendors who misrepresent their work in photos.

Vendor understands that Bear Den has the right to refuse rental or booth space for any reason.

Vendor understands it is their responsibility to provide their own tent, trailer, display items, and other required furniture, fixtures, and equipment needed for their area.

Vendor understands they are responsible for charging and paying state sales taxes.

Vendor understands that they must abide by the following set up time constraints:

Set up: Saturday, June 15^th 2024 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM

Tear down: Saturday, June 15^th  2024, 5:00pm – 7:00pm

Space must be vacated by 7:00 PM following the conclusion of the event at 5:00pm. 

Vendor understands that it is their responsibility to return the area in and around their booth to the same or better condition than when they arrived.

Any violation of these Terms and Conditions will permit the immediate termination of any agreement and forfeiture of any booth rental fees. Bear Den reserves the right to ask any Vendor to leave the premises if these terms are violated by the vendor.
